Try to make is as professional looking as possible.  Afterwards we’ll share our brochures with others in the class.

 

In your brochure please include:

3. Locations in Canada you could work
4. Average salary
5. Good points about the job
6. Bad points about the job
7. Education / Skills needed to get the job
8. Map showing where you could work
9. Contact info. for further research (websites, companies, gov’t phone numbers, etc..)
10. Statistics. Give information about the natural resources industry you chose. Is it renewable?

How much is gathered/year? Who buys it? What is it used for? How many Canadians are employed in that industry?
Does it harm the environment? How? Does this natural resource greatly affect our economy?

 

EXTRAS: Typed Work, Graphs. Colour Pictures, multiple paged brochure
