Student Examples
- Use glue sticks & 8.5" x 14" paper
- Create depth & a sense of space
- Show a sense of distance in your image
- Have a Foreground & Background (Develop a Horizon)
- Create a Scene, have overlap & no gaps
- Create some shapes & "texture"
- Use at least 120 strips of paper.
- Tear off small strips of paper. Create images with many small pieces.
Eg. Build a tree with many pieces of paper. Don't just paste on a tree from a magazine.
- Don't overuse scissors! Use lots of tearing of paper (organic/natural edges.)
- Put your name & the title of your piece on the back.
